In most cases, you can set up your email address automatically by simply entering your email address and password.
Click on File in the top-left corner and then select + Add Account.
The following screen will appear:
On this screen, fill in all the required fields, such as your name or company name, email address, and corresponding password. Then click on Next.
Automatic Search
Outlook will now automatically search for our email server settings. It’s possible that Outlook will display a security warning. You can simply click Yes to proceed:
All set!
Your email address has now been successfully set up and is ready for use.
